"Yesterday's protest action order of the day is destroy destroy destroy! Protest action on Marshall Str, Polokwane. Protesters are vandalising the street lights and throwing stones at motorists," the video was captioned.
South Africans called out the protesters, slamming their destructive behaviour, Briefly.co.za gathered.
Steve John commented: "Keep it up beautiful people!!! Soon you will have nothing left to destroy. I think this tactic is sooooo very clever, not!!! Don’t even know why I comment, these idiots will never read what the bread winners are saying. Forget the ‘fight for freedom or rights’, you all gonna be fighting for your lives soon!!!"
Nicky Gray added: "Until action is taken against those that are damaging infrastructure and government property, there will be no change. They must be charged."
Hannelie Reinhardt wrote: "That's why these guys will stay jobless - no respect for others' property, just destroying everything."
