- The social media post went viral and left hundreds of South Africans in disbelief that the gorgeous model would fall into this bracket
A woman took to social media and shared photos of Beulah Baduza, a Miss South Africa contestant, as she congratulated her on qualifying for the top 16.
However, in her caption, she claimed that Baduza was the first ‘plus-size’ model to enter the prestigious beauty pageant.
Twitter user, @Nok2lar_H, is the lady in question who made the controversial claim as she shared the tweet on Thursday.
The amazing thing is that the tweet has attracted nearly 1 000 comments since being shared.
However, most tweeps can’t understand why the stunning model would be placed in this bracket.
Aubz (@Aubreychiibi) said, “Minus size.”
Vuyisile Baam (@Baamzo) asked, “Who’s a plus size here?”
Bra Ace (@andile_mbuqe) asked, “Plus size in Ethiopia, wtf?”
Briefly.co.za understands that 23-year-old Baduza is an LLB student, who recently graduated with her BA Law degree.
Baduza inspired many when she previously shared a tweet that included childhood photos, showing off a stunning transformation into the model she is today.
