- The jerseys sport black and white stripes and they resemble the attire of the 1995 champions

- However, the new jerseys left Mzansi divided, some loved the new look while others poked fun at the kit

On Sunday, the Orlando Pirates revealed the new jerseys for the upcoming season and they sparked a massive reaction online.

Briefly.co.za gathered the new jerseys will have black and white stripes, resembling that of the club's 1995 champions' kit.

Social media users were left divided over the new jerseys - some loved that the club drew inspiration from the 1995 Bucs.

However, other soccer supporters were not fans of the new jerseys and some even said the Pirates will now look like Zebras and WWE referees.

Other social media users pointed out the Bucs' new kit is similar to that of the Kaizer Chiefs'.

Mubikwa Na Ive, who goes by the Twitter handle‏ @Shuduorbet, commented: "Orlando Pirates home Jersey is just a replica of Kaizer Chiefs Jersey. 'Amakhosi 4 Life Ladies & Gentlemen'"
