The Dundee July may not be in the same league as the Durban July, but many would say it's better - it offers different entertainment and thousands filled the small town of Dundee in KZN as it hosted its annual horse-racing event.

Zodwa Wabantu was part of the entertainment and she had a great time - her fans were super excited to see her.

However, all the B&Bs were full and the entertainer had to find alternative means of washing up.

So she knocked on a stranger's door to ask if she could use their bathroom, and got more than she hoped for.

This is the country we live in - a place where people open their homes to others and show them love.

"So yesterday all B&Bs were fully-booked at Dundee July. Being Zodwa Wabantu, I decided to knock at the door of a random house for a quick bath. Then I also received a powerful prayer."

It's really awesome that celebs can be welcomed into ordinary homes and be treated as one of the family.
