- Mzansi social media users were divided in their reactions to the post
A man has shared that when he had no job for nine years, nobody helped him. He is now employed and helping others find jobs, albeit reluctantly. Social media users had mixed reactions to his post, while others acknowledged his kindness, a few more thought he felt too entitled.
Twitter user Simphiwe Sithole posted:
"Had no job for 9 years, tweeted and tagged celebrities for help and nobody helped. I tweeted asking for help to settle my varsity debt, got no help. Got a job 2 weeks ago, now my school need 5 more teachers, didn't wanna share cause nobody helped me before. But my heart..."
Social media user LesegoMaboya said:
"Why do you feel so entitled though? Who ‘OWED’ you help? Are you aware that help is a choice not an obligation?"

"You have a good heart, I've been in your position too many times where I have to share something but my mind would say no cause I know no one is ever there for me, but my heart just wouldn't let me."
"Do it for the Glory of God and don't put your heart on those who did not help you, you are way better than the rest."
