Kaizer Chiefs responds to backlash over new jerseys: Confuse the enemy

- The Kaizer Chiefs took to social media to respond to the reaction the new jerseys gathered from fans

On Tuesday, Briefly.co.za reported the Kaizer Chiefs unveiled their new 2019/20 home and away kits.

The jerseys divided Mzansi - with the majority of Amakhosi fans loving the away kit but hating on the home jersey.

"Y'all trying to hypnotise the other players," a social media user commented.

Now, the club has responded to the comments on the new kit and they revealed they wanted to confuse the others.

"So loving the feedback Amakhosi Family, positive and negative, we love hearing from you, because like some say...there is never a dull moment with KC fans. Now many of you are talking about being mesmerized or dizzy, well that's exactly what we want to achieve. Confuse the…" the post read.

The post once again sparked quite the reaction and Mzansi gave their two cents' worth.

Twitter user, @ngwakomogale_sa, commented: "Quite honestly a jersey should be a least of our worries, we coming back from a woeful season. Personnel is what we're worried about, do better in that dept, pretty please."
