Socialite, controversial dancer and reality TV show star, Zodwa Wabantu, has confirmed her wedding plans with fiancé, Ntobeko Linda, who is a professional photographer, is still on.
But the controversial dancer says she just needs some time to deal with emotional issues before she ties the knot.
Wabantu came forward to confirm her wedding plans, but to also dispel the rumours that the two have split up.
According to SowetanLive, she told the publication yesterday that there were issues that needed to be ironed out between her and Linda before their marriage.
“Ntobeko has been busy, he has a 9-to-5 job. I also on the other side have been busy, gigging out of the province. So, we have not had time to discuss things.
“Right now I am here in Johannesburg and we are not together. I am going to Durban during the week and will see if we can talk,” said Wabantu.
Over the last two months, Wabantu has been posting conflicting statements on social media, claiming that she has lost the spark, and was quitting their relationship, which left most of her followers confused.

Wabantu has also been seen at several different events without Linda. She continued to explain that the two of them were not separated but both needed time to deal with issues. The controversial dancer said she was the one who had issues.
“I need to deal with some emotional issues before we get married. I don’t know if I am getting old or what.
“I hear people saying it’s Ntobeko, it is not him. It is actually me. Ntobeko still lives at the house. We still have sex. We just need time to sort things out. Marriage will happen later,” said Wabantu.
The reality TV star has already paid ilobolo for Linda and she bought Linda a R50 000 engagement ring.
Meanwhile, two weeks ago, Briefly.co.za reported that South African entertainer and media personality, Zodwa Wabantu, known as SA’s ‘Vosho Queen’, has come forward on her television show, Zodwa Uncensored, to apologise for her the homophobic comments that she made in a previous episode.
Among the things Zodwa said was the remark that at the end of the day, gay men can wear as much make-up as they want, they still don't have lady parts, Briefly.co.za reported. She also said: "We accommodate you guys because you wear make-up and when we (women) talk about men you always there echoing the stories."
Now, Zodwa has apologised via her show, Sunday World reported, telling viewers: “I’m sorry guys. No one has the right to abuse others. I walk around naked, I don’t expect to be abused or raped. So I appeal to people out there not to abuse or rape LGBTI people.”
