A young woman, Amber Luke, has caused quite the stir on social media. The 23-year-old model spent $10 000, which is roughly R140 000, on body modifications and tattoos to resemble a dragon.
Briefly.co.za learned some of the body modifications she had done included having her tongue forked and turning her sclera, the white part of her eye, blue.
"It was very intense and very painful. My eyes got held open while a syringe was injected into my eye four times per eye. I was blind for three weeks," Amber said in an on air interview with Ryan Seacrest.
EastCoastRadio reported the 23-year-old refers to herself as the "Blue Eyes White Dragon".
Aside from the blue eyes and split tongue, nearly every inch of Luke's body is covered with tattoos.
Her appearance made her famous on social media and she boasts 125 000 followers on Instagram alone.
While Luke's unconventional look still divides people, the young model is completely in love with her appearance.
