No, Jesus was not invited to Kenya by pastors. It turns out that the man was actually Michael Job.

Job is an actor evangelist and president of Jesus Loves You Evangelistic Ministries, who had been visiting Kenya, Krakow and Warsaw, Poland on his tour.

The look-a-like had been invited, along with other pastors, to preach at Kiserian Mega Interdenominational.

The confusion had set in after a social media user had posted a photo of Jobs, claiming that the pastor had presented his visit as the return of Christ.

A person can be forgiven for believing it, as the actor portrays the role of Jesus at TBN's Holyland Experience in Orlando, Florida.

During his visit, Jobs had handed out food parcels, visited schools and preached in the streets, adding fuel to the viral sensation that had a fair amount of people fooled.
