Belgian topflight Club Brugge have completed the signing of Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mingolet in a five year deal valued around £6.4 million this summer.
The 31-year-old goalkeeper was part of the Reds team that beat Tottenham Hotspur to win Champions League title last campaign.
Mingolet made two appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side as they conquered Europe for the sixth time at the end of the 2018-19 season.
He was also in the squad that lost the Community Shield to Premier League champions Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 5.
He however said his goodbyes to Reds teammates in London in the early hours of Monday before jetting out to Belgium.
The former Sint-Truiden and Sunderland keeper has now been introduced to his new teammates at the Jan Breydel Stadium.
Reports from the Merseyside outfit claims Jurgen Klopp was initially planning to make Mingolet as back up to Alisson having thought the Belgian would remain at Anfield beyond this summer.
