Miss South Africa 2019 has been chosen and she's none other than the gorgeous young woman from Eastern Cape, 25-year-old Zozibini Tunzi. She will proudly represent Mzansi across the globe.
South Africans proudly beamed when lovely Zozibini Tunzi was crowned as the new Miss South Africa.
Times Square Sun Arena in Menlyn, Pretoria was packed to the brim as Mzansi gathered to witness the fabulous crowning, reported IOL News.
The country's 61st Miss SA is also the first one to wear the new Buhle crown.
Zozibini comes from Tsolo, eSdwadweni, a small village in the Eastern Cape and is a Public Relations graduate with a passion for education.
When asked what she would challenge President Ramaphosa about, she said she'd ask him to focus on education.
Zozibini entered Miss SA in 2017 and made it to the semi-finals but was determined and returned this year to take the crown.
"I'm a different person now. Back then, I didn't know myself that much but now I came back stronger with a bigger purpose."
Briefly.co.za learnt that Zozibini won prizes to the value of R3 million - including an apartment in Sandton, fashion and beauty goodies and a new Mercedes Benz.
