If fortune favours the brave, then one man must have the heart of a lion.

A man’s close encounter with death was caught on camera and went viral recently.

Makhosini Mgitywa (@Makhosini) shared the remarkable short video via Twitter on Monday and it’s already been viewed more than 30 000 times.

In the video, the man can be seen watering a work area. Just as he changes direction, a car comes crashing into the work-space.

It was literally a case where one second would have been the difference between life and death.
