Meanwhile, four months ago, Briefly.co.za reported that international singer, Ed Sheeran, took to the tranquil surrounds of Table Mountain in Cape Town to prepare himself for his big debut at the sold out-performances in the Mother City.

There's no better place to be when you need to recollect your thoughts and get your mind set for a big show, which is why Ed Sheeran took a blanket and a good book to enjoy on top of Table Mountain four months ago.

He did this while the final touches to the stage were being set up at Cape Town Stadium ahead of his two sold-out concerts, that kicked off that night and then again the following evening.

The British singer and songwriter took to his Twitter account to share pics of him on Table Mountain. The pics were shot by his bodyguard, Kevin Myers.
