South Africa is booming in the music industry, with quite a few artists who have been nominated at the 6th annual Africa Music Magazine Awards (Afrimma) 2019.

According to SA Hip Hop magazine, the awards ceremony is set to take place in Dallas, Texas on 26 and 27 October. The awards are centred around promoting the diversity of African music by allowing influential artists from different countries to celebrate their efforts in illuminating the entertainment industry.

There’s no surprise who they chose from South Africa as part of the Best Rap Act. Both Nasty C and Cassper Nyovest have huge followings and have done pretty major things in the entertainment industry.
