A video has been shared on social media showing a man busting some serious moves in a hospital gown. Mzansi social media users were amused by the footage.
Twitter user Christo Thurston shared a hilarious video of the dancing man. In the footage, he dances to a popular Amapiano song. Social media users loved it, with Twitter user Tmolex saying:
"A quick one before theater."
Some were confused about whether the dancer was a doctor or a patient with Twitter user McCedam saying:
"Isn't this person supposed to be a patient?"

Mzansi social media users were in awe of the man's moves and groove. The Zulu dance is known as ukusina and plays an important part of the Zulu culture. It is usually performed during a traditional Zulu ceremony, and is accompanied by vibrant singing and sometimes the beating of drums. Zulu dancing is something quite spectacular, especially when the men and women are fully dressed in their traditional attire.
