Mzansi was disappointed when a video showing Babes Wodumo mocking Lady Zamar's skin was shared on social media.

No-one was happy about the woman-on-woman hate and Babes was dragged on social media.

However, she claimed she was hacked and never said anything mean about the singer.

Now, it's reported that she admitted to making herself guilty of cyber-bullying. Apparently, she was upset at Zamar's remarks on Idols SA.

TimesLIVE reports that Babes said she loves Zamar and was upset but knows she shouldn't have said the things she did.

Babes told Drum:

"Yazini (You know what)? I love Lady Zamar and she knows that. I was just upset by the comments she made to some of the contestants on Idols, but I understand I shouldn’t have sworn at her or made fun of her face. I used to have pimples too."

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that Babes' sister, Ndumiso Simelane, came to her defence and said Babes was trying to reach out to Lady Zamar to explain the debacle and apologise.

However, it looks like Lady Zamar isn't too bothered by any of the drama.

She told her fans:

"When you’re sure about what you want and who you are, there will be a lot of hatred. Mostly born of jealousy/envy and some just pure evil. But keep on being you. Keep being unique and absolutely beautiful."
