A woman, who has been identified as Marisa Lisette, took to social media on Wednesday to reveal she made her own soap using her breast milk.
The proud mommy posted several images of the soap and she captioned the post:
"So I made soap with my breast milk."
In a comment, Lisette explained all the benefits of breast milk it applied topically.
"Breastmilk has healing properties when applied topically as well. Helps reduce/rid of psoriasis, eczema, dry skin, rashes, and acne. Also can boost the immune system," she said.
The post sparked a massive reaction, reaching more than 40 000 likes and 6 900 retweets since it was posted online.
Social media users were left divided - some agreed that breast milk does wonders for the skin while others found it hilarious and odd.
However, Lisette did not let the haters get her down and she set them straight in the comment section.
