Adam Catzavelos has apologised to South Africans for his infamous k-word rant. Citizens took to social media to weigh in on the case that took a turn today when a settlement was reached.
Adam Catzavelos claims that being 'forced' to watch his infamous video in which he managed to offend so many has opened his eyes to his actions.
Briefly.co.za reported today that the Joburg businessman has reached a settlement with the SA Human Rights Commission, which sees him liable for R150 000 in fines.
Issuing an apology to the nation, Catzavelos lamented his actions on that sunny beach in Greece.
While the settlement has been accepted by the Commission, South Africans for the most part seem unconvinced that the large fine will serve to do much more than slap Catzavelos over the wrist.
While the case put forward by the Commission appears to have been averted, the businessman still faces prosecution in Greece on currently unknown charges.
