Sbahle Mpisane is looking out for her health. Mzansi’s fitness bunnie has decided to embark on a 100% plant-based diet journey, which differs somewhat from what we know as "vegan".

After surviving a horrific and almost fatal car accident, Sbahle has gained a new perspective on life, and best believe she is living it to her fullest.

Briefly.co.za knows how grateful Sbahle is to have been given a second chance at life. Health and fitness have always been Sbahle’s passions and she’s taking this new journey super-seriously.

Taking to social media with a mouth-watering picture of her 100% plant-based meal, Sbahle revealed to her fans that she’s going totally plant-based.

A Plant-based diet consists mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits. Yup, that means no inyama for Sbahle!

Sbahle says that she will still cook meat for her family and friends. She also apologised in advance if it doesn’t taste good because she ain’t going to even taste it.

Yussss, Sbahle’s saving herself and the planet, one meal at a time!
