Video shows teen being gifted car because he walks far to work

An inspirational video shows the beauty of the human spirit as a young man was rewarded for his amazing attitude.

A 19-year-old boy started working at UPS, but had no vehicle and no public transport options available for his morning commute.

Driven by his determination, he woke up in the middle of the night and walked 8km to get to work every morning.

When his colleagues learnt of the young man’s daily routine, they were blown away.

It soon emerged that he was unable to save and afford a vehicle as he was financially supporting his mother and siblings.

In an incredible show of generosity, his colleagues teamed up and contributed towards buying him a vehicle.

The group purchased a used Jeep Cherokee and the handover was caught on camera.

His appreciation is clear for all to see as he immediately starts to cry tears of joy.

Briefly.co.za was astounded to see that the video shared on Facebook has attracted nearly 100 000 likes and thousands of comments.
