The Duke and Duchess of Sussex took to social media to announce their planned trip to South Africa. The couple said that they, along with their baby, would land sometime this month.

Prince Harry shared a post on Instagram explaining that his first family would be taking their first official tour of the continent. He went on to say that he couldn't wait to introduce his wife and son to South Africa.

Their social awareness visit serves to inspire and honour those making positive contributions to the country and continent.

Briefly.co.za previously reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would be visiting several African countries during their tour between September and November. Prince Harry's last official visit to Mzansi was in 2015. They have been to Africa before, when they enjoyed their honeymoon in East Africa.
