On Friday, social media user Rumani posted a hilarious post on Twitter. Rumani shared a screenshot of a man asking 'Mr Cleaner' to photoshop him into a hospital bed and the reason why is simply hilarious.

"Sure Mr Cleaner. Bruh I need your help, yesterday I promised my GF money and I don't want to give her, so can you Photoshop me in a hospital bed," the man wrote in a message.

Social media users were in stitches over the post and Briefly.co.za gathered they gave their two cents' worth on the scheme in the comment section.

Twitter user, @kaRonaldo_Entle, commented: "She must go and see her man in hospital."

Another tweep, @UkhulumeUwabale, added: "I like this one. Yesterday's one of a girl in a doctor's room looked umm well... photoshopped."
