Now the Serb has approached a South African fitness coach to assist him at Zamalek.
Riedoh Berdien previously worked at Chippa United and Free State Stars, but now works with the Gambia national team as a fitness coach.
KickOff reported of Berdien’s interest in the offer and the pair worked together previously.
Berdien said, "Yeah I have been in contact by coach Micho to possibly assist him at Zamalek as their strength and conditioning coach."
He added, "I am planning on it yes, but I will consider in the next weeks as I have to discuss with family and my other engagements.”
Briefly.co.za gathered that Micho and Berdien worked together with the Gambia and Togo national teams.
It is understood that Berdien could continue his work with the Gambia team during international breaks while working at Zamalek.
