Celeste Ntuli is one Mzansi lady who knows how to put a smile on your dial. The incredible female comedian just bagged two awards at this year’s Savanna Comics' Choice Awards.

The comedy industry has been male-dominated for some time now, but female comedians like Celeste are slowly smashing that wall to pieces.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Celeste received two well-deserved awards at the Savanna Comics' Choice Awards this past weekend.

The awards were held at Gold Reef City in Johannesburg on Saturday. Every top South African comedian showed up dressed in their finest to see who would take the titles.

Celeste walked away with the Flying Solo Award as well as the Comedy G Award. Being a female comedienne and walking away with two awards is huge!

Taking to social media, Celeste expressed just how had she has worked these past nine years and how insanely happy and grateful she is that her talent, hard work and contribution in the SA comedy industry have been noticed.
