Miss SA, Zozibini Tunzi, has been living her best life in New York City while strutting her stuff on the runways of New York Fashion Week.

Becoming Miss SA comes with a lot of responsibility. Zozibini took the crown just a couple of weeks back and her entire life has changed.

Briefly.co.za knows that Zozibini was chosen to walk the runways of New York Fashion Week to show off outfits made by local designers.

Zozibini took to the runway during the 'Made in Africa' show at Pier59 Studios where she modelled outfits from Mzansi designer Laduma Ngxokolo of MaXhosa and Mozambique designer Eliana Murargy.

Essence, the biggest African-American Women’s magazine in the US, snatched Zozibini for an interview to question her about her all-natural look while she was there too.

Miss SA also met up with Mzansi’s funny man, Trevor Noah, and loved every minute of it. Zozibini found Trevor rather charming and loved that he was able to speak to her in Xhosa!
