Xenophobia has gotten a lot of attention in Mzansi lately, with all the violent protests making headlines.

Rapper AKA took his social media account to talk about the issue, and to challenge the widespread belief that mostly foreigners were killed during the violence that shook Mzansi.

After sharing statements made by the SA government, the rapper said that even celebs were duped by fake news.

The muso, who was involved in some online drama with Nigerians not so long ago, said that only two foreigners lost their lives during the attacks, and 10 casualties were South Africans.

He is disappointed with how things have gone down and said South Africans have a 'disgusting problem with our own self-confidence and with violence'.
