Emtee has been going through a lot the past year or so and he is ready to rise now. The young hip-hop star dropped a bomb that caught us all by surprise; he will be opening his own record label.

The Pearl Thusi hitmaker went through a really tough spot last year and 2019 has not been easy on him either. Leaving Ambitiouz Entertainment turned Emtee’s life upside down.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Emtee announced last week that he will be opening his own record label called Emtee Records. The label will focus mainly on African Trap Music.

During an interview with Slikour, Emtee apparently expressed how the hard times lead him to this new venture and that he is so ready to get it going.

Emtee is ready to turn his life around and start making some strides in his career.

It seems that Emtee’s new venture has been taken as more of a joke than anything else. The people are super confused at to what ATM (African Trap Movement) was if his record label is Emtee Records?

Shame, Emtee needs to focus on one thing at a time or he’s going to crash and burn.
