Nasty C got nominated for an award and it's a big one - Best International Flow for the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards. He's up against some stiff competition, but his fans are certain he's got it in the bag.
BET International announced the launch of a new category to honour artists from around the world during the BET Hip Hop Awards 2019: Best International Flow.
Our own Nasty C has been nominated for it - something that his fans feel is well-deserved.
Right now, the young rapper is in Atlanta, USA, where the awards are set to take place next month.
Briefly.co.za learnt that the awards will take place on 5 October and will be aired on TV on 8 October.
Nasty is up against musos from all over the world. Here's a brief look at the other nominees:
- Falz (Nigeria)
- Ghetts (UK)
- Kalash (France)
- Lil Simz (UK)
- Sarkodie (Ghana)
About two weeks ago, Nasty got his fans going with a short clip of his new masterpiece, #GodFlow.
His fans were super impressed, as always, and couldn't wait for the full track to drop. Now they can also look forward to him bagging a BET Award.
As if that's not enough, his track, SMA, is doing exceptionally well. It already has more than 7 million views on YouTube, and the number is rising.
