Life has different plans for everyone and things do not always go as planned. For instance, many ladies hope to have a booming career and family before the age of 30 but life has a way of humbling us.

Despite that, delay is not denial and all the good things eventually come at the right time. A Twitter user, Sharonda Arnold, has shared all the good things she was able to achieve in just a year.

According to her, she quit a 12 year job, got married, pregnant and gave birth to her first child all at the age of 35.

Sharonda added that she is now 36 and she and her husband have flown out to Chicago to celebrate and that she was able to achieve great feats in just one year.

Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za previously reported on a man who decided to bless someone else. A heart-warming video was shared on social media showing a Good Samaritan giving money to an elderly man.

The man was wandering the streets begging for money when he was approached by BI Phakathi and given a substantial amount of cash. Phakathi shared an inspiring message along with the video encouraging others to honour their elders.

He engaged in a brief conversation with the old man, who appeared to be mentally unstable. After the chat, he handed the grateful man more money before watching him walk away.
