From street kid to Prince Charming: Man blesses homeless boy

A young street kid was transformed into a new person after a Good Samaritan bought him new clothes and food. According to the young man, he had aspirations of going into accounting before he met the wrong crowd and dropped out of school in Grade 11.

BI Phakathi shared the video of the street kid on his social media page. The boy said that his name was Nkosinathi. He helped him get cleaned u and purchased new clothes for him. The transformation was a wonder to behold as he went from a hard-living street dweller to a clean and shy boy.

Nkosinathi said his wish was to be able to return home so Phakathi gave him some transport money and made him promise to go home.

Social media users were touched by what Phakathi did for him. Facebook user Chris Modise said:

"Wow, what a transformation, I just pray that his family see this video so that he can go back home and may God bless you Mr Phakathi for all great things you're doing for homeless people, be blessed sir."

While Farida Adams said:

"He looks so good I hope he went home and change his life."

Gerda Terblanche said:

"So many people out there, that is in need of the basics, the basics that we take for granted. God bless you, hope this boy keep on the right path."
