After baby number two, her daughter Keziah, Rachel was hit with the wrath of the baby weight hard. Instead of downing herself and making herself even more depressed, Rachel took a positive approach on the matter. She cut her body some slack and practised a little self-love; after all, it did give her two beautiful babies!

Taking to social media, Rachel told her fans a sweet inspiring story about a sports bra that she’s had in her cupboard for two years.

Whether it's being able to finally wear that sports bra after two years or dropping just 500 grams, every step forward is an achievement and every achievement is worth celebrating!
