Floyd Shivambu has admitted that a VBS Mutual Bank loan helped pay off his Rover and citizens are unimpressed. reported that the EFF deputy had paid off his vehicle with an instalment of over R600 000 infunds obtained from his brother Brian Shivambu.

Brian has been in the spotlight recently after being taken to task for loans amounting to R4 million, which he had failed to repay.
