The competition on Idols SA is getting fierce but Mmangaliso Gumbi is doing amazingly well. She's already built herself quite a fanbase and her talent is undeniable.
In the latest episode, she had to impersonate one of Mzansi's fastest rising stars, Sho Madjozi, and we'd say she nailed it.
Mmangaliso especially managed to capture that energetic vibe Sho seems to carry with her wherever she goes.
According to a report by City Press, Mmangaliso grew up in a musical environment. No wonder she's so good at bringing life to the stage.
"My love for performance arts and music began when I was very young. I come from a musical family and grew up singing in the church choir and as part of the worship team. At the age of 13, I watched my first theatre show and I’ve been drawn to the world of performance arts since then and still am. I love theatre and music."
