Mzansi influencer, Lasizwe, reveals he's gonna be a movie star

One of Mzansi's favourite and fastest-rising social media entertainers has revealed he will soon be the star of a movie.

Lasizwe Damnbuza has solidified his name in the entertainment world by being a reality TV star, vlogger and comedian and his next achievement will make an actor of him for real.

According to TshisaLIVE, Lasizwe is part of the cast that's working on Who's My Daddy. It's a comedy directed by comedian David Kay and Sans Moonsamy.

He will play as Harrison, a man on the police's most-wanted list. However, one aspect of the character will be familiar to Lasizwe's admirers - he will go through many disguises during the movie. We know how Lasizwe likes to dress up!

He's hoping to impress everyone with how he nails the character.

"I want everyone in the cinema to say: How the hell did he pull that off and that it will be amazing'."

Lasizwe is super excited about this new adventure of his. He has certainly owned 2019 like a boss.

"It's big and I'm excited about it, but I'm very scared about this accomplishment. I didn't really expect it to come this year. This has been a very great year filled with challenges."

It has always been the young star's dream to be in movies - even back when he just started making his YouTube videos.

"It has been goal to one day feature in a movie. Growing up we used to watch movies and series on TV. We would imitate them and wish you could see yourself on the big screen and hey, here I am."
