Somizi and Mohale's wedding day was an extravagant and beautiful day of glamour intertwined with tradition.

The company that pulled it off can be very proud of themselves. Maureen "Nono" Skosana, the mastermind behind it all, shared some of the day's details with Channel24.

Three months before the big day, Somizi and Mohale roped Nono and her team in to give them the perfect wedding.

The reception, which boasted with a star-studded guest list, was held at Kibler Park and it looked stunning.

Nono says she loved working with the now newly-weds.

"It was such a pleasure working with them both. My team and I had so much fun working on this wedding. Somizi and Mohale have patient attitudes, are humble, and can be witty at times.
"They knew what they wanted, which made it easier for us. Our job was to make sure that the decor reflected their style and what they envisioned."

Beautiful chandeliers and fresh flowers were a reflection of the couple's personalities, according to Nono.

This certainly wasn't an easy wedding to get done smoothly, but Nono and her team did an exceptional job.

Security was a priority, branding logistics, bar services and catering - it was all done in such a way that no one could fault it.

While she didn't divulge any of her trade secrets, learnt that Nono organised an African dance performance to accompany the groom upon arrival, and that Judith Sephuma did the opening prayer.

Other entertainers included Lerato Kganyago, Prince Kaybee, Vusi Nova and Dineo Ranaka.
