- Rachel Kolisi has said fame had affected their family a lot, even in public
- Rachel and her children were often stopped by people in public asking to take snaps with them, and their children did not like it
- To protect her family, Rachel decided to stop posting snaps of her children on social media - and if she did, she would hide their faces
Rachel Kolisi, wife of Springbok Captain Siya Kolisi, has shared her reasons for wanting to keep their children out of social media. She said the fame was getting “too much” and had started to affect their lives.
The model had made a noticeable effort to avoid posting her children on social media, and if and when she does, she usually hides their faces.
According to TshisaLIVE, when Rachel was quizzed about it on social media recently, she explained her reasons for her decision.
“It was just getting too much. They started getting stopped and asked to take pictures and they didn’t like it,” said Rachel in an Instagram Q&A session.
Rachel explained that they could hardly walk around in public, without someone approaching them.
“We couldn’t walk around in public without being recognised. We didn’t have privacy anymore so I decided to just stop posting them,” added Rachel.
Still, the fitness model couldn’t help but gush over her little family and recently started including them in her gym sessions.
Rachel said that she decided to let them work out with her to encourage them to pick up healthy hobbies and spend quality time together.
“I love having them altogether so much”, when she posted a snap of all of them working out together recently.
What a gorgeous family.
Meanwhile, about five days ago, Briefly.co.za reported that Rachel Kolisi has once again used her transparency to inspire the masses. Even the little things are worth celebrating.
The gorgeous WAG has two beautiful children with Springbok superstar, Siya Kolisi. The two are happily married despite all the interracial hate.
Briefly.co.za knows how Rachel tries to live as an open book and use her experiences to teach and inspire others. Every momma knows that losing the baby weight is one of the hardest physical and emotional battles that a woman faces in her lifetime.
