TaskApp offers services such as Taxi Rides, Pick & Drop, Home tasks, Vehicle tasks, Female beauty, Male grooming, Pet tasks, Events and Restaurants, Pharmacy, Gifting and Grocery deliveries all in one App.

The Service Provider:

The app is available to service providers and users across South Africa. Their current focus is to build the brand in the major cities across the country, and sign up a significant number of individual service providers to create income for these people.

The app provides a platform for various service providers to increase their revenue and customer reach, by connecting them to users who are within their geo-location, or around a location of choice. TaskApp does not limit providers to a single type of job – As an example, a single provider has the ability to be a taxi driver, a plumber, a painter, and deliver for stores using a single app. This will allow a provider to switch between the services, depending on the time of day to achieve the highest possible income and convenience. Providers will set their own pricing per unit of measure.

The User:

TaskApp creates convenience for a user. A user can request a service provider on-demand or make booking requests. For on-demand requests, the provider will be given a limited period of time to accept the job. Once the provider accepts the job, he can simply tap the Navigate button in the app which will guide him via Google Maps or Waze to the job location.

Users can also get goods delivered to them, get their nails done, and their dog groomed, all at the same time, without leaving the comfort of their home.

TaskApp has control features in place to ensure the protection of users:

• TaskApp drivers, service providers and stores are required to submit relevant documents before they are activated.

• All payments are done online via secure payment methods, TaskApp does not store any card details.

• Female users have the option of requesting female-only drivers, and vice versa.

• There is a rating system built in which tells users about the quality of work carried out by the provider.

As a South African brand, TaskApp understands that unemployment within the country is considered one of the biggest challenges. The app was created with the key purpose of empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses by creating a platform which connects them with potential customers.

TaskApp believes that the app can create a significant amount of opportunities for those who are unemployed. As South African’s, they believe that they understand the market, the needs of their users and service providers, and have the capability of providing a unique & powerful solution.

The app is now available on the Google Play Store and the App Store:
