LAG recorded a track for Beyonce's Lion King album, The Gift, earlier this year in Los Angeles. It was then that LAG had the honour of sharing his Gqom music journey with world-famous DJ, DJ Diplo.

Diplo loved LAG’s vibe and his story so much that he ended up releasing a Gqom concept album on his Good Enuff record label.

Talking to ZAlebs, LAG explained how being nominated for a Grammy would open doors for him that would allow him to take Gqom to the next level. Getting the opportunity to show the world a sound that is true to his roots would be it for LAG.
