- Black First Land First has demanded that the Zondo Commission give Duduzane Zuma a 'fair hearing'
- This comes as the ex-president's son is expected to answer to allegations of dubious links to the Gupta family
- The party has made their support of both Duduzane and Jacob Zuma crystal clear, adamant that they will defend him
Black First Land First wants Duduzane Zuma to be given a fair shake at the Zondo Commission of Inquiry.
Briefly.co.za reported that Duduzane is expected to answer to allegations over facilitating the meeting that saw Mcebisi Jonas offered R600 million by the Gupta family to accept the position of finance minister.
BLF demanded in a social media post that Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo should give Duduzane a 'fair hearing':
"BLF demands that the Zondo Commission corrects its ways and gives Duduzane Zuma a fair hearing tomorrow. We stand with Duduzane Zuma, in the same way we stand with President Zuma – all the way! BLF shall continue to defend black people who come under attack from land thieves!!!"
BLF claims that the 'treatment' Duduzane has received under the leadership of President Cyril Ramaphosa is proof he is being targeted simply for being his father's son:
"The treatment that Duduzani Zuma has thus far received at the hands of the Ramaphosa administration clearly indicates that the prejudice he suffers is only because he is the son of President Jacob Zuma."
