Nasty C's fans were so proud of him when they found out that he was nominated for a BET Hip-Hop Award in the Best International Flow category.

He was nominated along with Ghana's Sarkodie, Nigeria's Falz the Bad Guy, Canada's Tory Lanez, UK's Little Simz, France's Kalash and UK's Ghetts.

The awards took place this weekend, and Sarkodie managed to scoop up the award.

Sarkodie is considered one of Ghana's best rappers and his win is seen as well-deserved. He's the first winner in this new category.

Instead of being upset or bitter about it, Nasty congratulated Sarkodie on his win.

Nasty may have missed out on this award, he's still got other nominations to look forward to. Briefly.co.za reported earlier that he's been nominated for the Best African Act title at the MTV European Music Awards which will take place in Seville, Spain.

An as reported on by SAHipHopMag, he was also nominated 9 times for the upcoming Afrimma awards and once for the EMAs.
