A woman shared an inspiring story about how a nurse went beyond her call of duty to help her. The woman's baby was sick and they were admitted to the hospital for two weeks. The mother was exhausted by the ordeal and a kind nurse at Ampath Sunninghill offered to take the baby for a walk. This kind act allowed the mother to catch her breath and take a break.
"We have been back every year to see her again. Thank you so much."
Social media users loved the heartwarming story. Facebook user Cathlin Millward said:
"And what a beautiful smile that nurse has! Thanks for sharing!"
Esme Van Wyk Joone said:
"That is what you call dedication. Well done, God bless you."
The nurse, whose name is Angela Mandishora, saw the post and responded with a sweet comment:
"To the Janse Van Rensburg Family. Thank you for mentioning me in the care of your son. I really love him to bits."
Briefly.co.za previously reported that a stunning nurse shared selfies on her Twitter page. The nurse, who was simply identified as Charlotte, sparked quite the reaction as her beauty had South Africans faking being sick.
