Mzansi fitness bunnie, Sbahle Mpisane, took to social media to share an interesting analogy about fitness: she compared it to being in a relationship.

Yet Sbahle isn't giving up, she still maintains a smile while pushing herself further to achieve the results she wants, including her fitness training at the gym.

Sbahle wrote: "Fitness is like a relationship. You can’t cheat and expect it to work. Instead of cheating on my relationship with my workout programme, I try looking for ways to make it more doable daily irrespective of my drainage."

Sbahle's video post gathered 13.9k views since she shared it on Instagram. It also got a lot of comments from followers who said they were really inspired by her, while others said she looked really good.
