Mzansi rapper, Shane Eagle, has been causing a stir on social media with his new track, Black.

He took to Twitter earlier this week to announce that he was dropping his new track along with its music video from his upcoming mixtape, Dark Moon Flower.

Shane then thanked fans for their patience and explained that his mixtape featured some of his favourite artists from around the globe.

Some of the favourites on the mixtape included Mzansi’s Nasty C, Santi, Bas, Lute and Kota The Friend, and PatricKxxLee, J-Tek, Resarn, Caleborate and TheMind.

Judging from the responses on Twitter, Shane’s sleepless nights working on the project have paid off. His news song has been a trending topic on Twitter since Wednesday morning, but fans were even more excited when they saw the mixtape’s dark, stormy and mystical cover art.

Dark Moon Flower is the rapper’s third project. His debut album was Yellow which was released in 2017, and his second album was Never Grow Up reached gold status last month, which was released in December last year.
