The owner of a posh beauty salon has come under fire after two controversial videos were shared via social media.

The disturbing videos reveal the woman's aggressive nature as she lashes out at employees on two separate occasions.

In the first video, the owner of the "Nail Me" salon confronts staff members for taking lengthy breaks.

She starts off by approaching one female staff member and questioning her as to why her loo break lasted between 15 to 20 minutes.

The boss proceeds to close the door and can be heard saying, "F**k, everybody, stop everything..."

The second video is even more disturbing as she attacks a different female staff member.

Based on the footage, the meek staff member remains calm, but the owner's behaviour keeps escalating out of control.

The owner shouts, "Who do you think you are? How dare you scream at me like that?"

The employee explains that she did not shout, but the boss responds, "Get out, get out. Go shout at your f***ing mother, not me."

In response, the staff member tries to explain again, to which the owner responds: "F*** off."

At one point, the owner lays hands on the female employee, but the situation did not turn physical in the end.

TimesLIVE reported that Eastgate Mall spokesperson Alana Hoskin distanced the shopping centre from the salon owner.

She said, "As the centre, we do not condone the incident. The owner of the store is getting legal advice on the matter."

Briefly.co.za gathered the massive uproar on social media. It was also evident that the owner's bullish behaviour was not reserved for staff members only as numerous customers complained about her attitude.
