- Former Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojević resigned from the Buccaneers in controversial fashion earlier this season
- Micho enjoyed a great start to life at new club Zamalek, but the performances have got progressively worse
- Reports have indicated that the Serb may be one loss away from losing his job
Orlando Pirates fans won't easily forget the way former coach Milutin Sredojević left the club at the start of the season.
The Buccaneers are still struggling to recover, while Micho enjoyed a flying start at his new club, Zamalek.
The Egyptian giants pulled off three consecutive victories with the Serb at the helm, but have since struggled to maintain that form.
As a result, reports have indicated that Micho may well be one loss away from being sacked.
KickOff.com reported that club president Mortada Mansour is running out of patience following a series of mediocre results.
A source close to the club revealed: "I think he will be fired if Zamalek lose to Al Ahly after the international break."
Zamalek suffered defeat at the hands of Generation Foot and Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League and Super Cup respectively.
This was followed by a dismal 1-1 draw against newly promoted club Masr just ahead of the international window.
Briefly.co.za understands that Micho allegedly "ducked" the media following the mediocre draw.
Zamalek has now also called on the services of club hero Essam Marei to aid the coaching team.
