While sharing a couple of behind-the-scenes snaps from his time on The Daily Show, DJ Black Coffee reflected on his interview with Trevor Noah.

The popular Mzansi DJ admitted that Trevor, a South African-born comedian, inspires him and that going for an interview on his show was a big moment.

It seems unlikely, but Black Coffee was actually nervous about taking a seat on the show. In fact, he was so anxious that he forgot to tell Trevor what an inspiration he is to the rest of Africa.

TimesLIVE quoted Black Coffee as saying:

"I wanted to say something at the end but I didn't plan it properly. He has done a lot for us, man."

Part of his appreciative post read:

"Thank you for being a beacon of light... Your light sparks inspiration fire in the hearts of many Africans young and old. God Bless you Bhuti."

Briefly.co.za reported that the people of Mzansi were filled with pride and patriotism after watching the interview.

Trevor has been doing amazing things with his career- getting to be the host of The Daily Show is just part of his hard work paying off.

It is always inspiring when celebs aren't feeling 'too big' to acknowledge others' success and talent.
