The Queen viewers were heartbroken when they found out that SK Khoza wouldn't be on the show for much longer.

Briefly.co.za reported that it was believed the actor's 'diva behaviour' and personal troubles were to blame for the decision to boot him off the show.

However, it seems that was only speculation as SK is on good terms with Ferguson Films.

In fact, he's still working with the production company.

ZAlebs reported that it was made clear on social media that SK left The Queen so he could start working on a new project by Ferguson Films, The Kings of Joburg.

It's not quite clear yet what the show is about or when we'll get to see it on our screens.

What is clear, though, is that fans are going to miss SK's face on The Queen.
