Fans feel that Shaka's death was unnecessary - they don't like the way that he died, plus the fact that he was burned and buried like trash really got under people's skin.
In fact, viewers want him back. An online petition for Shaka's return has garnered more than 5 000 signatures so far.
All this fuss is a real testament to SK Khoza's talent in his flawless portrayal of Shaka.

However, it is highly unlikely that Khoza will be returning to The Queen.
The prolific actor appeared to confirm a rumour that he will be starring in a new Ferguson Films production, titled Kings Of Joburg, by liking a social media comment that suggested as much last week.
