A woman has taken to social media to praise the woman who raised her. The 24-year-old expressed her gratitude for the woman's service and dedication.
Lien Malilangwe Congdon took to the "ImStaying" group on Facebook to gush about a woman named Flora who helped her. Lien was the youngest of three sisters. She remembers how Flora was always there for her when she was growing up.
"She saw me go from preschool to junior school to high school and finally varsity and I must say when I came home one afternoon from varsity in my uniform.. Flora shone with pride and was so chuffed"
Lien recalls how she adored making Flora proud. On her 60th birthday, they gifted her with a beautiful blanket and some goodies to thank her for her love and support.
