The Springboks' 2019 Rugby World Cup win meant so much to the country. Not only did it unite the people, but it also inspired them.
A young boy, who has been identified as nine-year-old Tjoppie Malan, warmed hearts with an incredible drawing capturing the magic of the Springboks' #RWC2019 win.
The drawing shows President Cyril Ramaphosa, aka "Oom Siril", and Siya Kolisi holding the Webb Ellis Cup after the Boks defeated England in the final match.
"We have a right to believe in superheroes," the young boy wrote.
Social media users could not handle the cuteness of the drawing, Briefly.co.za gathered.
Another tweep, @Illo_naaa, commented:
"My heart can’t take any of this Springboks/Siya and now ‘Oom Cyril’ stuff any more."
Briefly.co.za earlier reported Springbok fly-half Handré Pollard was photographed cuddling with the Webb Ellis Cup while onboard a flight back home.
The adorable photo quickly went viral and Mzansi felt Pollard deserved it.
